General Services Policies

Any cancellation must be made 48 hours before the tour or departure day, otherwise no refund applied.

Children between 5 months and 5 years old must travel on a baby car seat, these are provided by the company, the baby seat must be requested when making the reservation).

Private transfers from the airport depart immediately. Private Service from the airport may have a waiting time of 30 minutes Then it is considered extra time.

Shuttle Service to the airport will wait a max. of 5 minutes per pick up location and Private Transfers will wait max. 30 minutes.

If for any reason, including delay flights arrival, the passenger is not in place and time confirmed. Sisisi Transfers / Tours Costa Rica will be charged 100% (No Show).

Pick up time sometimes may delay but no more than 15 minutes.
Each passenger is allow to care one carry-on and one regular suitcase. The carry-ons must staywith the passenger all the time, suitcase will be tagged and stored in the luggage compartment.
Sisisi Transfers & Tours will not be responsible for loss or damage to carry-on items left unattended by the passenger, this includes carry-ons incorrectly stored in the luggage compartment.
Transportation of additional luggage or large items are not included on the price. Theirtransportation must be arranged with Sisisi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica in advance.
Sisisi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica is not responsible for any personal belongings left in our vehicles.
All transfers include a 20 minute rest stop. This stop may be a connection point or may involve a change of vehicle depending on the route.

Sisisi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica can not be responsible for schedule changes or delay problems with ferry services or flights (national and international), including accidents or loss of luggage during the journey.
Sisisi Transfers & Tours Costa Rica can not be responsible for any change or cancellation beyond its control such as: strikes, public demonstrations, weather conditions, wars, natural disasters or acts of terrorism. No reimbursement applied.
